🚚 Shipping Information – Free Shipping Included!

We operate on a print-on-demand model, which means your order is made after you place it. No inventory is held. Once produced, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Good news: All orders are eligible for free shipping up to £135 (UK) / €150 (EU). Orders above this may incur customs duties, VAT, or import fees depending on your country.

Standard Shipping

  • Production takes 2–7 business days (cut & sew).

  • Add shipping time depending on destination.

  • Delivery times vary by product type and region — see the table below for estimates.

Express Shipping

  • Upgrade to express shipping (~3 business days after production).

  • Total time, including production, is usually 9–10 business days.

  • Requirements: Email and phone number must be provided for courier follow-up if delivery is missed.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders can only be upgraded to Express if you provide an email address and phone number. The courier is required to follow up in case of a missed delivery so they can reschedule.
