Shipping Policy.

We operate on a print-on-demand business model, which means that we start making your order as soon as it is placed. We do not hold any inventory or stock on any of our items. Once your order is produced, we will send you an email with tracking information from our trusted couriers; FedEx, DHL or TNT.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We take 2-7 business days to cut & sew products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. The production and shipping speed depends on the product type and destination. In the table below you can see the production and shipping estimates per country/region.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Upgrade to express shipping! Delivery time is approx 3 business days to get delivered, but it can vary a bit per country. From order to delivery, which is including production time, you could be looking at receiving your order in an average of 9 -10 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders can only be upgraded to Express if you provide an email address and phone number. The courier is required to follow up in case of a missed delivery so they can reschedule.

U.S. ORDERS - IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE 

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, there have been some temporary adjustments to our shipping services:

• Express Shipping: Currently unavailable due to significant cost increases.

• Standard Shipping: May take up to one week longer than usual, as shipments are subject to enhanced customs clearance checks.
