What is Afriparel's business model?
Our business model is based on print-on-demand, which means we do not keep any inventory or stock of our products. Instead, we custom-make each item as per your order. After you place your order, we initiate the production process, which involves printing, cutting and sewing your items. Once we complete the production, we will ship your order, and you will be able to track it online.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our shipping speed depends on your location since we ship worldwide. For details on production, shipping times, and standard/express shipping options, please see more details here
How much is express shipping?
For an additional £12 per order, we offer express shipping regardless of the number of items purchased or country you are located in. This option will be available at checkout.
Can I change, edit or cancel my order once it's been placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@afriparel.com within 24 hours of placing it. If you reach out to us after 24 hours, we may not be able to make any changes as your item(s) may already be in production. To avoid any inconvenience, kindly make sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
As we operate on a print-on-demand business model, all the items are custom-made. Due to this, we do not accept returns or refunds in case you change your mind about an order that you have already received, so we ask to please be sure before placing an order. For more details, please see more here
I received my order but it’s damaged, what do I do?
In case your order arrives damaged, we will investigate and replace or refund the affected item(s). For more details, please see more here
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
What if I'm unsure about size and fit of an item?
Our product description pages include size guides. If you're still unsure, please feel free to contact us so we can help recommend the best size for you.
Since you ship worldwide, are there any other charges/fees I need to be aware of before placing my order?
Please be advised that as we ship our products from abroad, customs authorities in the destination country may impose additional customs duty fees/taxes on your order depending on its value; e.g. if shipping into the UK/EU, you will not be charged any extra fees if the total order value is less than £135/€150. We always want to be open and transparent with our customers so we do advise, please read more here
