SHIPPING INTO THE UK

If your total order value is less than £135, you won’t incur additional customs fees or VAT. Orders above £135 may be subject to import VAT and customs duties, charged by the courier before delivery.

SHIPPING INTO THE EU

Thanks to our IOSS registration, orders under €150 include VAT at checkout - no extra fees on delivery. For orders over €150, customs duties and VAT may apply, payable to the local customs authority.

If you're planning to purchase above the £135/€150 threshold, we suggest placing separate orders to avoid customs fees. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges applied by customs. If contacted by the courier, please follow their instructions directly.
