We operate on a print-on-demand business model, which means that we start making your order as soon as it is placed. We do not hold any inventory or stock on any of our items. Due to this unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds in case you change your mind about an order that you have already received, so we ask to please be sure before placing an order.

DAMAGED ORDER

In the rare case that your order is damaged it is important to inform us within 4 weeks of delivery at info@afriparel.com. Along with your name, email, and order number, kindly attach a picture of the damaged item(s). We will investigate the matter and offer a resolution. Once concluded, we will discuss your preference of a replacement or refund. To advise, refunds will take up to 5 working days to process the payment back into your account.

LOST ORDER

In case of packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate further. Again, please email us at info@afriparel.com and we will again investigate the matter and offer a resolution.
