We operate on a print-on-demand model, which means your order is produced after it’s placed. Because we don’t hold inventory, we cannot accept returns or refunds for changes of mind. Please double-check your order before completing it.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 4 weeks of delivery at info@afriparel.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A photo of the damage

We’ll provide a resolution, including either a replacement or a refund (processing may take up to 5 business days).

Lost Orders

If your package is lost, claims must be made within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. Email info@afriparel.com and we’ll investigate and offer a resolution.
