We operate on a print-on-demand model, so we begin production as soon as an order is placed. Because we don’t hold inventory, we cannot accept returns or refunds for changes of mind. Please be sure of your order before completing it.

DAMAGED ORDER

If your order is damaged, please email us within 4 weeks of delivery at info@afriparel.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damage. We’ll offer a resolution, including either a replacement or a refund (which may take up to 5 business days).

LOST ORDER

For lost packages, claims must be made within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. Please email us at info@afriparel.com, and we will investigate and offer a resolution.
