What is AfriParel's business model?
Our business model is based on print-on-demand, which means we do not keep any inventory or stock of our products. Instead, we custom-make each item as per your order. After you place your order, we initiate the production process, which involves printing, cutting and sewing your items. Once we complete the production, we will ship your order, and you will be able to track it online.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

How much extra is express shipping?

Can I change, edit or cancel my order once it's been placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at ADD EMAIL within 24 hours of placing it. If you reach out to us after 24 hours, we may not be able to make any changes as your item(s) may already be in production. To avoid any inconvenience, kindly make sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?

I received my order but it’s damaged, what do I do?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also offer Klarna payments, allowing you to pay in interest-free installments.
What if I'm unsure about size and fit of an item?
